Process Flow and Piping Frame Structure Design
All water treatment process configurations are accurately determined by experienced personnel according to different raw water quality and effluent conditions, referring to relevant process design calculation software.
For each set of customized projects, we will design detailed P&ID drawings at the early stage of design, and use professional process pipe design software to do the pipe structure design, and provide the overall rendering graphics and 3D graphics of the equipment for customers to have a more intuitive understanding of the products.
For the mechanical calculation of the frame, we will also carry out the overall mechanical properties of the computer simulation according to the specific engineering needs.
Electrical Design and Electric Control Box Process
Electrical designers use the currently recognized and most advanced CAE engineering software to provide more intelligent software solutions for electrical planning, engineering design and project management.

Stainless steel pipe welding and other pipe connections
Each bead needs to be treated with groove. After the dust removal and degreasing process, the bottom welding and the surface welding are carried out, and argon gas protection is applied inside and outside the pipe to realize double-sided forming of single-sided welding. The ASME welding standard specification has standard requirements for the appearance, width and height of the weld bead.
For the connection of other pipe fittings, every detail is strictly controlled to ensure product quality.
Product Testing
For each piece of equipment, the inspection department will perform 100% factory inspection, including detection of logic function of the electronic control system, water pressure detection of the piping system, leakage detection of the pneumatic system, and inspection of the inner wall of the stainless steel pipe weld for each piece. The inspection will make a rigorous and detailed test report.
